Eligibility

Inspection at delivery

Please inspect the outer parcel at delivery. Where the parcel is visibly opened, severely damaged, leaking or tampered with, inform the delivery representative and Namana Spice as soon as reasonably possible. Photographs and an unboxing video help us investigate transit-related complaints.

Cancellation, return, replacement and refund

These are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, Return Policy and Shipping Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Promotions and discount codes

Promotions, discount codes, complimentary products and free-shipping offers may be subject to:
